We welcome you to the volunteer program of the 1st edition of IRREVERENTE - Festival Internacional de Improviso de Lisboa.

The Festival will take place from the 26th to the 30th of July 2022 and its program includes shows, workshops, podcasts, lectures, debate tables, jams, sightseeing tours and socializing activities.
​
Before the start of the Festival, on the 25th of July, there will be a meeting where we will present each area of volunteer work as well as general information about the dynamics of IRREVERENTE.
​
REGISTRATION PERIOD: from June 8 to 24, 2022.
SELECTION ANSWERS BY EMAIL: until July 1, 2022.
WORK PERIOD AT THE FESTIVAL: from 25 to 30 July 2022.

Work Areas
SHOW PRESENTATIONS - Support in the setting up and dismantling of sets between shows and support for artists in the dressing room.
​
ROOM ASSISTANT - Support in ticket control at the entrance to the space, support and guidance for people before the show and during the break.
​
TICKET OFFICE - Opening of ticket office and ticket sales.
​
JAMS - Support in the assembly and disassembly of sound equipment and audience. Ensure and enforce the start and end times and ensure and follow the festival's code of conduct.
​
LECTURES AND DEBATES - Check attendance lists, communication with Hosts and guests. Support in organizing the materials needed for the activities. Mediation with the public. Ensure compliance with schedules and start and end times and ensure and follow the festival's code of conduct.
​
TOURIST TOURS - Availability to accompany and guide participants in the suggested tourist tours.
​
PHOTOGRAPHIC/VIDEO REGISTRATION - Capture of images (photos and video) of the Festival's various activities.
​
SECRETARIAT - Communication assistance and guidance to Artists, Teachers, Visitors and Participants. Check-in of artists and participants and delivery of Festival Kits. Delivery of certificates to participants.
​
WORKSHOPS - Check the attendance list, communication with teachers and students. Ensure compliance with the start and end times of workshops and ensure and follow the festival's code of conduct.
​
TRANSLATION - Translate in real time the speeches of guests from English into Portuguese, or from Portuguese into English at events such as Lectures and Debate Tables.
